The Draw is presented by Les Événements ASIASIE (Draw Organizer). The prizes are provided by Air Canada. The draw begins on April 2, 2026 at 1:01 PM (EST) and ends on June 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM (EST) (the "Draw Period").
Article 1 — Organizer This draw is organized by Les Événements ASIASIE, hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer." This draw is conducted in accordance with the laws in force in Quebec governing public contests and draws.
Article 2 — Prize The prize consists of a pair of airline tickets in economy class, with a total value of CAD $6,000. Promotional tickets do not cover taxes or surcharges and will be issued in accordance with the conditions of the partner airline (see Terms and Conditions / Prize Letter). Airport, environmental, and fuel taxes are the responsibility of the user, as they are collected by governments. No monetary compensation or substitution will be granted in place of the prize. The tickets are valid for travel anywhere in Asia and are valid for one year from the date of issuance.
Article 3 — Eligibility The draw is open to any individual residing in Canada who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, collaborators, and board members of Les Événements ASIASIE, as well as their immediate family members, are excluded from the draw.
Article 4 — Entry Methods Participation is free and requires no purchase. To enter, participants must complete the official entry form available at designated collection points or online on the official Les Événements ASIASIE platform. Only one entry per person is permitted. Any duplicate entries will be automatically disqualified.
Article 5 — Draw Period Entries are accepted from April 2, 2026 to June 14, 2026, at 11:59 PM Montreal time. Any entry received outside of this period will be considered void.
Article 6 — Draw Process The draw will take place on June 18, 2026, in the presence of a witness designated by the Organizer. One main winner and one alternate winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries. The draw is irrevocable.
Article 7 — Winner Notification The winner will be contacted by email or phone within 5 business days following the draw, using the contact information provided at the time of registration. If no response is received within 72 hours of the first contact attempt, the prize will be awarded to the alternate winner.
Article 8 — Prize Claim The winner must provide valid proof of identity in order to claim their prize. Tickets will be delivered within 30 days following confirmation of the winner's identity. Les Événements ASIASIE reserves the right to cancel the prize in the event of non-compliance with these rules.
Article 9 — Liability Les Événements ASIASIE cannot be held responsible for any incident arising from the use of the prize, including flight cancellations, delays, or modifications attributable to the airline. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the draw in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
Article 10 — Protection of Personal Information Personal information collected in connection with this draw is used exclusively for the purposes of contest administration and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent, in accordance with Quebec's Law 25 on the protection of personal information.
Article 11 — Acceptance of Rules By entering this draw, each participant unconditionally accepts these rules. Any decision made by Les Événements ASIASIE regarding the interpretation or application of these rules is final and binding.
